The Tampa Port Authority is pleased to celebrate the inaugural call of Royal Caribbean Brilliance of the Seas of the Seas in Tampa, where the cruise ship will home port on a seasonal basis, at Cruise Terminal 3.

Port Authority officials presented a plaque to the ship captain in a brief ceremony on board at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 16.
