As part of the development of the FESCO VIETNAM DIRECT LINE (FVDL) regular maritime service connecting the ports of Vietnam with the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port (VMTP, a member of the FESCO Group), the FESCO Transport Group  delivered a second vessel for operation on the line.

Thus, the container service will be served by two container ships - A HOUOU with a capacity of 850 TEU and BAL BOAN - 750 TEU.

The line operates along the route Vladivostok - Haiphong (Vietnam) - Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) - Vladivostok. Regularity - 2 times a month. Transit time on the way from VMTP to the ports of Vietnam is 9–12 days.

From November 1, the port of Ho Chi Minh City will also act as a transshipment port when sending containerized cargo from Thailand, Malaysia, India and Pakistan to Russia, which will reduce the delivery time of cargo between the countries of the Asia-Pacific region and the ports of the Far East.

FESCO launched a regular FVDL sea line in May 2022. During this time, more than 6.5 thousand TEU were transported in both directions.
