CaroTrans, a leading global NVOCC and ocean freight consolidator, announces the addition of Cincinnati and Indianapolis to its Midwest CFS (container freight station) network which is comprised of Chicago, Columbus, Cleveland and Detroit. Local CaroTrans CFS (container freight stations) offer forwarders simplified freight rate processing and greater convenience. Local market proximity to CFS reduces inland transportation costs and cargo handling for greater cost savings and security. Overall, CaroTrans' U.S. network includes local teams at 14 U.S. offices and 23 CFS (container freight stations).

Andrew Weisse, CaroTrans branch manager, Chicago, will oversee the Indianapolis receiving station and Maggie Piktel, CaroTrans branch manager, Cleveland will manage the Cincinnati CFS.
