Client is an established and well known in Angola based FM service provider. They are currently seeking a FACILITIES ENGINEER - CIVIL MAINTENANCE for their client in Luanda the capital of Angola.
The role will be focused around the management of a single, high profile contract. This person will ideally be responsible for the general maintenance of the client site which includes a 7+ floor commercial building & underground car park.

Requirements
1) Minimum 15 years of Civil Maintenance in a FM company ideally with a service provider
2) Degree in Civil Engineering - Essential
3) Have managed large teams of carpenters, masons etc.
4) Have excellent written and spoken English, Portuguese & French
